Johansen Manor – is an independent living community available to individuals age 55 and older. As part of an integrated system of services designed to enhance quality of life, Johansen Manor living allows active adults to enjoy safety, comfort, peace of mind and a carefree lifestyle.
Johansen Manor is a three-story building consisting of twenty-four private apartments with spacious floor plan. There is a common area and both one-bedroom (737 square feet) and two-bedroom (1,306 square feet) apartments on each floor. Two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms. Each bathroom off the master bedroom has a shower and some apartments have both a shower and a bathtub.
Apartments are rental units. Monthly rental fees include all utilities except cable, phone and internet which are the responsibility of the tenant.
Tenants may attend activities and social events at Shepherd Village, Assisted Living. If the tenant does not wish to cook, meals may be purchased from Good Shepherd and taken back to their apartment.
Good Shepherd Lutheran Community maintenance staff are available for any needed repairs and ensure the grounds are maintained to include snow removal and mowing.
