Thank you for your
interest in Good Shepherd Lutheran Community.
Good Shepherd offers
many opportunities for career growth. It has had individuals who start
working part time while in high school and find working within a
nursing home very rewarding thus, choosing a future in healthcare.
We’ve had employee’s spend their entire working career here at Good
Shepherd. For example, we’ve had a couple housekeepers with Good
Shepherd over 34 years. Another fun testimony GSLC has witnessed is a
child who attended Shepherd’s Flock, and became an employee in the
facility.
To assist those perusing
a career in the health care field, the Edward and Lida Robinson
Charitable Trust initiated an endowment fund which provides funding to
employees for continuing education. We like to offer and give an
opportunity for growth to all of our staff. To learn more about our
