Good Shepherd Lutheran Community is a serving arm
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. We strive at Good
Shepherd to provide spiritual care for the residents, families, and
employees.
Each week, we provide a Bible Study for
Residents of Nursing Care and Residents of Shepherd’s Village. We also
offer monthly Communion Services, a Friday Worship for the Cognitively
Impaired, and a mid-week Worship opportunity for the residents of
Shepherd's Village. Roman Catholic Residents are offered weekly Rosary
and monthly Mass through Clergy of St. Francis Borgia.
Each weekday morning, the residents participate
in devotions and the Chaplain makes regular visitations with
residents. Local clergy are encouraged to join their residents for
visitation, devotions, bible studies and communion.
We invite any residents', families and friends to join us for Worship.
Sunday Worship service begins at 10:00
AM and we also provide Worship on Holidays.
